Own A Grocery Store Rebirth planner checklist

Decide when goldify is worth the reset, prep the plot, then rebuild without wasting store 2 cash.

Rebirth Planner

Rebirth is the only long-term multiplier in Own A Market. You press the Rebirth icon, spend a large cash pile, goldify your products, and start the pads over. This planner is a go/no-go checklist for Own A Grocery Store: when the reset is worth it, what actually disappears, how to prep, and how to recover without immediately throwing $30,000 at Grocery Store 2.

Read the live Rebirth button before you trust any number here. First goldify has commonly cost about $50,000 for roughly +25% product value; a later tier (sometimes described as rubify) has shown up near $75,000. Updates can move both. Pair this page with the Rebirth guide, Make Money Fast, and the product / upgrade lists.

When to rebirth

Say yes when all of the following hold:

  1. Store 1 is maxed on income, not just painted. Production pads, workers, animals, and the useful floor-two unlocks are bought. You are staring at decor and plants.
  2. Income is strong. Cash piles show up faster than you can spend on leftover pads. Rebuilding store 1 should feel like a known route, not a new game.
  3. You understand goldify. Golden bananas still need stocking. Corn still feeds chickens and cows. The bump is sell value, not a skip of the loop.
  4. You can pay the icon today without selling a gamepass panic. If you are $2,000 short, grind; do not rebirth “close enough.”
  5. You are not mid-unlock on store 2 unless you chose to keep that save. A fresh $30,000 Markets purchase dies with the rest of your progress.

Say no (expand instead) when store 1 still has worker or animal pads, corn cannot keep up, or you have never claimed dailies/gifts/like-and-group cash. Opening Grocery Store 2 is an expand choice, not a rebirth substitute.

Leaderboard chasers rebirth on a schedule once the rebuild is short. Casual players can sit on a finished store 1 plus offline earnings for a long time. The Players Hub covers that split.

What you lose (and what goldify is worth)

You lose held money and pad progress (paths, machines, hires, floors, store 2 if you bought it). Treat decorations and “I almost had cereal” as gone.

You gain goldified products: the same SKUs, higher value. That only pays if you restock them. A 25% bump on an empty shelf is 25% of zero. Goldify is for players who already know controls well enough to rebuild without thinking.

Assume upgrades and workers reset with the plot unless the live UI explicitly says a bonus is permanent (some Gifts grant timed or sticky perks—read the gift text). Do not plan on keeping a maxed cashier through the animation.

Prep steps before you tap Yes

Run this in order:

  1. Claim Daily rewards and Gifts. Resetting with an unclaimed gift is free money left on the HUD.
  2. Collect every cash pile. The rebirth price is paid from pocket cash, not from piles you have not walked through.
  3. Spend leftover cash only on income if you are not rebirthing this session. If you are rebirthing in the next minute, stop buying pads—you are lighting the spend.
  4. Do not buy store 2 as a farewell tour unless you have a reason to screenshot it. $30,000 after goldify is a later goal.
  5. Like the game and join the group if you have not, so the free-cash grant is waiting on the other side.
  6. Note the next rebirth requirement shown after you confirm (players have seen the follow-up jump). Write it down for the next cycle.
  7. If the server is laggy, move to a free VIP server so the confirm click is clean.
  8. Confirm. Then stay in the server; quitting mid-animation is how people screenshot a bug and lose time.

There are still no promo codes to pop after the reset. Recovery is gameplay.

Post-rebirth recovery path

Rebuild like Getting Started, but greedier because goldify makes each sale heavier:

  1. Buy the first path and register. Stock bananas immediately.
  2. Get corn up and keep it up. Feed chickens and cows before you chase popcorn cosmetics.
  3. Hire a cashier, then a farmer. Upgrade your stack, then worker speed, then animal capacity—see the upgrades tier list.
  4. Stock eggs, milk, and the early processed line (yogurt, popcorn) as pads open. Follow products so you do not overbuild a slow SKU.
  5. Collect cash piles on a loop. Goldify does not auto-bank the floor.
  6. Only after store 1 is printing again, look at floor two, then the Markets icon for $30,000 store 2. Wheat, bread, and seafood are a second economy, not a panic button.
  7. When income is boring again, rerun this planner. Do not chain rebirths into a broke plot because a YouTube title said “MAX.”

Money details and pad order live in Make Money Fast. Script users who skip the walk can still read auto-farm / auto-collect, but the checklist above is the intended recovery.

If you rebirthed too early, do not “fix it” by buying store 2 on a weak goldify. Finish store 1 a second time. The multiplier is already on the products; you only need the loop to catch up. Next time, wait until the leftover pads are decor.

The Tools Hub is the short version of this page. Use this checklist the night you can actually afford the icon, not the night you wish you could.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for Own A Grocery Store on Roblox.

When should I rebirth the first time?

When store 1’s useful pads are done and income is high enough to rebuild quickly. The icon is often around $50,000 for the first goldify—confirm in-game.

Do I keep Grocery Store 2 after rebirth?

Treat it as gone with the rest of your progress. Re-buy it for $30,000 from Markets after store 1 is strong again. See unlock store 2.

Is goldify worth delaying store 2?

Usually yes if store 1 is finished. A $30,000 second plot you are about to reset is a poor last purchase.

What should I buy first after rebirth?

Bananas and corn, then animals and a cashier. Follow Make Money Fast and the product tier list.

Where is the Rebirth button?

Right-side HUD, same column as Markets and Upgrades. Controls and UI shows the layout.
