Own A Market does not ship a built-in planner. You eyeball pad prices, the Rebirth icon, and whether store 1 is actually finished. This Tools Hub is the wiki’s stand-in: checklists that keep you from goldifying too early, opening Grocery Store 2 at $30,000 on a weak economy, or buying decor while chickens starve.

Start with the rebirth planner when the HUD starts flashing a five-figure rebirth cost. Pair it with Make Money Fast, the Rebirth guide, and the upgrades plus products lists so the checklist has a buy order behind it.

What these tools are (and are not)

They are decision lists you run in a notebook or in your head while standing on the plot:

• Is store 1 maxed on income pads, not just plants?
• Is goldify worth wiping cash and progress today?
• Which upgrades (self stack/speed, worker speed, chicken/cow capacity) pay back before the next rebirth?
• Do you still need $30,000 for store 2, or will rebirth throw that spend away?

They are not a live API into your save, not a Roblox plugin, and not a promise that the first rebirth is still $50,000 after the next update. Always read the in-game Rebirth and Markets icons. This wiki tracks the January 2026 launch rules and the August 2026 baseline; patches can move numbers.

If you wanted keybinds instead of planning, that is controls and UI. If you wanted injectors, that is the Scripts Hub with auto-collect and auto-farm. Tools here assume you still tap pads yourself.

Rebirth timing in one glance

Rebirth goldifies products (first pass is commonly about +25% value) and resets money plus pad progress. That is a multiplier on a loop you already understand. It is a trap if you rebirth with empty upgrade rows, no cashier, and a half-bought floor two.

Use the planner when most of these are true:

• Store 1 useful pads are bought (production, workers, animals, not every poster).
• Income is high enough that rebuilding store 1 feels fast, not painful.
• You understand that gold bananas still need stocking and corn still feeds chickens and cows.
• You are not about to dump $30,000 into store 2 “just to see it” unless you plan to keep that save for a while.

If those are false, expand. Floor two, workers, and animal upgrades usually beat a premature goldify. The Players Hub covers that playstyle choice; the planner is the go/no-go.

Upgrade order without a spreadsheet

You do not need a full solver. Ask which queue is actually stuck:

• You cannot carry enough — upgrade yourself (stack, then speed).
• Shelves empty while you collect cash — hire and upgrade workers (farmer before a third cashier if corn is the bottleneck).
• Eggs or milk stall — feed corn, then upgrade chicken / cow capacity.
• Customers wait at an empty processed stand — finish the machine and chef pads on store 1 before you open store 2.

Cross-check the Tier List Hub so you do not max a vanity stat. Then run Getting Started logic on every rebirth: bananas and corn first, animals second, workers third, Markets icon last.

How to use the hub after a patch

When Roblox bumps the Updated date (last major stamp we track: 26 August 2026), re-open the Rebirth icon, confirm store 2 is still $30,000, and glance at codes in case a redemption UI finally appears. Then rerun the rebirth planner with the new numbers. Scripts can desync the same day—treat them as optional, not as the planner.
